Special Weekend Promotion
This weekend is the annual science-fiction convention Philcon, where I will once more be a panelist. As a special promotion, the Kindle version of my essays book, The Art of Life, is free today through Tuesday, November 12. If you haven’t already read it, stop by and pick up a copy. Then tell your friends. I’d like to introduce as many people as possible to the book this weekend. I’m proud of this collection, but since I put it out the same year as giving birth to my unfailingly energetic son, I have had difficulty finding the time to promote it. A nine-day eight-night cruise packed full of music, Decades of Rock and Roll is bound for St. Maarten, St. Kitts, San Juan, and Royal Caribbean’s private island Labadee, with plenty of time for both island fun and music on the high seas. Rocking the Caribbean since 2006, the Decades of Rock and Roll Cruise is popular across the board with all ages. From Boomers to Generation X, grandparents to...
Read MoreOn Vacation
Wild Violet editor Alyce Wilson is recovering from a week-long vacation with her family — including her siblings and their children — as well as a big party to celebrate her parents’ 70th birthday.
